Venom: Let There Be Carnage

ESPN & Sony came to us with the idea of inserting NFL talent into the world of Venom and Eddie. We were able to use the starpower of San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle to further the storyline of Venom: Let There Be Carnage. By tapping into the Marvel fandom as well as NFL audiences, we were able to garner attention from a diverse group of viewers.

While using scenes from Venom: Let There Be Carnage in Eddie’s apartment, we were able to craft the storyline of George Kittle inviting Venom and Eddie to be his new roommates. Using mock interview footage with George, we further enforced the duelling personalities of Venom and Eddie. Our teams at Framework wrote, shot, cut and colored the original footage with George Kittle to seamlessly fit into the pre-existing footage from Venom: Let There Be Carnage.

It’s so close, some may have even thought it was real.
